North Brookfield Savings Bank Welcomes Mark Lussier as First Vice President / Director of Retail and Deposit Operations

North Brookfield Savings Bank (NBSB), a mutual savings bank with full-service branches in central and western Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Lussier as First Vice President / Director of Retail and Deposit Operations.

Mark Lussier of Worcester, Massachusetts will be responsible for overseeing branch locations and deposit operations with a focus on growing the bank and elevating the teams. Mark’s proven success in customer experience management, operational leadership, and comprehensive talent management will make him an asset to the retail and operations teams and to the bank.

Mark brings 17 years of industry experience where most recently he served as Vice President and Retail Sales Manager/Regional Manager at Cornerstone Bank. Prior to that, Mark developed his experience in the banking industry over the span of 14 years at TD Bank in New Jersey and Massachusetts, where he began his career as Assistant Store Manager and advanced to the position of Senior Manager – Chairman’s Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and will receive his MBA with a concentration in leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in August. In addition, Mark holds certifications in data analytics, human resources, leadership, and marketing.
