North Brookfield Savings Bank celebrated taking 1st place in all categories of the Banking Choice Awards - Overall Quality, Customer Service, Technology and Tools, and Community Contribution - at a Celebratory Cookout held on May 23rd. 1st place Banking Choice Awards Central Massachusetts LogoWithin the Central Massachusetts region, North Brookfield Savings Bank has been chosen as the leading banking provider at the annual Banking Choice Awards, taking top honors in all categories including 1st place in Overall Quality, 1st place in Customer Service, 1st place in Technology and Tools, and 1st place in Community Contribution.

The Banking Choice Awards were developed in conjunction with The Warren Group and Customer Experience Solutions in order to recognize and celebrate financial institutions that surpass the competition in serving their customers.

Using exclusively customer feedback, they identified financial institutions that regularly go above and beyond to provide superior service and support to their customers and communities. To track and measure customer experience, over 20,000 financial institution customers were surveyed across the state of Massachusetts; receiving 10,040 responses, yielding 98,932 reviews, and a total of 1,536,000 data points. This data was used to create a quantitative report that translates customers’ market research survey results into a summary showcasing how customers rate their bank, and how those ratings compare to direct competition.

To further thank employees for their dedication, North Brookfield Savings Bank invited all employees to attend an outdoor Celebratory Cookout event on May 23, 2018 at the Bank’s North Brookfield Corporate Office location. The event was fully catered, featured a competitive cornhole tournament and gift items for the employees to commemorate the Bank’s 1st place accomplishments.
