North Brookfield Savings Bank Hires Tricia Welzyn as Commercial Loan Administrator/ Jr. Credit Analyst

North Brookfield Savings Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Tricia Welzyn Tricia Welzyn, New NBSB Employeeas Commercial Loan Administrator/ Jr. Credit Analyst to the Bank’s Business Center headquartered in Ware. “Tricia’s comprehensive background and broad knowledge in the commercial lending industry strengthens our Business Center, allowing us to continue to grow our commercial presence within Massachusetts and Connecticut,” said North Brookfield Savings Bank President Marco Bernasconi. “I am confident she will be instrumental in helping our business customers to obtain ongoing success.”

Tricia Welzyn, a resident of Chicopee, is the newest addition to the Commercial Lending Team at North Brookfield Savings Bank.

Tricia will complement this already talented team with her robust skillset and experience. She will work with lenders to obtain the applicant’s documentation for review and reporting, including financials, legal entity formation documents, and legal status documentation. In addition, she will work with customers to educate them on all of our business banking tools and guide them through all processes from lending to closing.

Welzyn will be based out the North Brookfield Savings Bank Business Center located at 40 Main Street on Route 9 in Ware. She most recently served as a Business Lending Specialist at PeoplesBank.  Tricia was responsible for spreading financials, monitoring pipeline reports, verifying incoming applications for completeness, and ensuring our timelines for compliance for receiving documentation and decision making. Welzyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BayPath University and an MBA from American International College.

Recently, Welzyn held the position of Co-Treasurer for the Salvation Army of Greater Hartford and volunteered for the Suffield, CT Meals on Wheels program.
