North Brookfield Savings Bank Hires Thomas Henry as Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer

Thomas Henry, a resident of Wilbraham, is the newest addition to the Marketing Team at North Brookfield Savings Bank.

North Brookfield Savings Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas Henry as Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer to the Bank’s Marketing Department headquartered in North Brookfield. “Tom’s extensive background and broad knowledge in the financial services industry strengthens our Marketing Team, allowing us to continue to grow our presence within Massachusetts and Connecticut,” said North Brookfield Savings Bank President Marco Bernasconi. “I am confident he will be a key team member to our continued success.”

Tom will complement the skills and resources of this talented team with his photography, graphic design, and communications skillset. He will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Bank’s Marketing Department including, brand management, website management, social media strategy, product/service promotion, marketing campaign creative, photography, and internal/external event coordination.

“Tom comes to us from MassMutual Financial Group. Over his 25-year career there, he served as a Creative Director, where he orchestrated the creative execution of the company’s image across all business units, a Photographer, capturing annual report photography, event photography and business portraits. Additionally, as a Brand and Marketing Consultant, he spearheaded the design, marketing, and branding of MassMutual Top Financial Advisors, generating creative solutions for unique communication challenges.”

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, he influenced a continuous improvement mindset through a collaborative feedback-based partnership with leaders and associates in Life and Disability Claims, New Business, Underwriting, and Information Technology departments.

Tom has a strong background and has worked with contacts worldwide to complete many projects and solve problems for the company and clients alike. Tom is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University and holds a BA in Graphic Communications.

“Tom joined our team in June 2021; he has already displayed his creative and innovative ideas, most recently with the Best of Central MA campaign, helping us earn a spot in the final voting beginning September 1st.  His background makes him the perfect fit for this position,” said SVP, Chief Administrative Officer, Andrea Healy. “While still absorbing NBSB culture and Values, Tom specified that his number one goal is to connect with the customer through creativity while being a strong Bank ambassador. In just a few short weeks, Tom’s efforts have already started to make an impact. We are excited for what Tom brings to the table now and in the future.”

Tom is a firm believer in supporting his local communities through volunteering. He has provided his skills in photography at various events for the Hampden/Wilbraham School District, CHR- Mary Ann’s Kids, American Heart Association, and the Hampden Theater Guild, to name a few.
