NBSB Promotes Andrea Healy, Chief Administrative and HR Officer
North Brookfield Savings Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Andrea Healy to Chief Administrative and Human Resource Officer.

Healy, of Paxton, MA, has a strong background in the Human Resources industry and vast experience in leadership roles. Prior to her promotion she served as North Brookfield Savings Bank’s Senior Vice President and Human Resources Officer and before joining the Bank she held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cutler Associates, Inc. for 17 years.
In her new role, Healy will continue to manage the Human Resources department and be responsible for attracting, retaining and developing North Brookfield Savings Bank staff through meaningful performance appraisal, employee training, and recognition programs. As well as, overseeing marketing and strategic planning for the bank as a whole.
She has most recently completed an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Anna Maria College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business at Becker College, an associates in Business Management with a Marketing concentration, and has achieved a Human Resources Certification from Becker. Healy has earned designations as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Healy also plans to attend law school in September of 2020.

Healy is also on the Board of Director’s for the Worcester Animal Rescue League, the Board of Director’s for Rainbow Child Development of Worcester, MA, and the Becker College Alumni Board and Dean’s Council. In 2016, she received the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA) Community Leadership Award for her commitment to the community.
