Fingerprint ID & Face ID

Setting Up Fingerprint ID and Face ID for the NBSB Mobile Banking App

North Brookfield Savings Bank’s Mobile Banking App enables eligible Apple® or AndroidTM devices to log in using Fingerprint ID or Face ID authentication, instead of typing in your username and password.

If your phone is already activated with Fingerprint or Face ID, you simply have to enroll to use this feature within your Mobile Banking app. If your device is not activated you will need to do this before allowing your NBSB Mobile Banking app to utilize this feature. The device Fingerprint and Face ID authentication are typically found within your settings menu.
