Home Equity Rates
Rate quoted is for owner occupied property, 1-4 family residences only. Maximum LTV 80%.There will be a charge for an appraisal if one is required. Maximum Loan- Cannot exceed 75% of the automated valuation model or 80% of the appraisal, less existing 1st mortgage balance. Minimum Loan- The minimum loan is $10,000. ** A Termination Fee of $500.00 will be charged if the customer formally closes out the Home Equity Line within 36 months of the original agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is based on the Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal and is 3.25% as of 07/01/2011. The minimum Annual Percentage Rate is 5% with a maximum Annual Percentage Rate of 18%. Early termination fee applies to lines of credit closed within 36 months.
